Promotional offers cannot be combined with other discounts, and no price adjustments will be made for services purchased before or after the promotional period. By purchasing a service at a promotional price, you agree to these terms in accordance with industry standards.

3SixtySolution guarantees 100% customer satisfaction with our unlimited free revision policy, allowing you to improve upon your initial design brief at no extra cost through your account area. To qualify for a refund, your required designs must remain unused and not published on any website or elsewhere on the internet. If you are dissatisfied with any services provided by 3SixtySolution, you may submit a refund request within five days of the completion of your initial designs. However, it will be assumed that you are satisfied with the services if a refund request is not received within five days of the initial service delivery. For any special or combo packages, the refund policy will be the same as for individual packages. To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
